Mangosteen Juice Information

Mangosteen Juice

Unlike many bad tasting or high sugar nutritional juices, most mangosteen juices available actually taste good. Naturally sweet and just a bit tart, it's a dense juice because of the rind, which contains high levels of Xanthones. Generally, both the rind and pulp are combined together to make the juice. When you drink mangosteen juice or take capsules, you are doing your body a big favor. You are supplying it with antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, and lot of good properties including anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Drinking mangosteen juice can help with digestive disorders, joint problems, skin conditions, asthma, sleeping problems and more, see health benefits of mangosteen for more info.

Drinking mangosteen juice, as opposed to taking capules, will have a slightly greater effect on your health because liquids are absorbed more than pills. Capsules are a better option than tablets becuase they don't have any binders.

Regarding dosages, that all depends on your state of health and what you are trying to accomplish. Here's a list of general guidelines for dosages. Always start with less and increase gradually in case you have an adverse side effect, which hasn't been known to happen, but better to be safe than sorry.

Most people only drink 1-2 ounces per day and notice great benefits, some need a bit more. The levels below are just what is suggested and may seem high for severe health problems. Just try whatever seems right for you, and if you aren't feeling better after a few weeks on 1-2 ozs per day, add some more.

Maintenance Dose: This is for people who are relatively healthy. Take one ounce once a day or one capsule once per day. Depending on your size, you may want to take 2 ounces.

Loading Dose: This is for generally healthy people, but those who may have some minor health problems or just want to start feeling better faster. Take two ounces or 2 capsules once or twice a day until you feel better, then you may reduce until you feel you've found your own personal level.

Health Improvement Dose 1: This is for people who definitely have health problems. Take 2-5 ounces or 2-5 capsules per day spread throughout the day until you feel better, then you may reduce slowly until you feel you've found your own personal level.

Health Improvement Dose 2: This is for those with severe health problems. Take 4-8 ounces or 4-8 capsules per day (spread out) until you feel better, then you may reduce slowly until you feel you've found your own personal level.

A team of NIH-funded researchers has successfully regenerated rabbit joints using a cutting edge process to form the joint inside the body, or in vivo. Regenerative in vivo procedures are performed by stimulating previously irreparable organs or tissues to heal themselves. In this study, bioscaffolds, or three-dimensional structures made of biocompatible and biodegradable materials in the shape of the tissue, were infused with a protein to promote growth of the rabbit joint.
